Filling out the Forms!
so i just got an email from rod rotondi, the owner of leaf organics in culver city, CA, asking me to fill out the forms for his nutritionist so she can design a meal plan that will help me level my blood sugar.....she's asking me a lot of personal questions! we're getting started next wednesday. woohoo! the countdown begins! will eating only veggies, fruits and nuts turn me into a tree? stay tuned!!

ReplyDeleteOH CHICA!!!!!! I CAN LIVE ON SWEETS ALONE! I could sit and eat a tub of butter cream frosting!!!! I just don't want it on my thighs! In the words of Rosanne Barr as she picked up a Vouge magazine and looked at the model on the front " I EAT AS MUCH AS SHE DOES I JUST DON'T PUKE IT UP" AND " Sex is for people who can't afford GOOD FOOD" LMAO! The older we get the more difficult it is to keep the weight off. My mom is having a very hard time and I am searching for answers for her QUICK because those are MY JEANS! I have been down to 67 pounds and up to like 150 or 165 when I was pregnant with Ayla and it is no fun. My wish is better than world peace it is for people who struggle with food NOT have to struggle with food at some point in our lives. an alcoholic just puts down the alcohol and knows if they don't drink they won't get drunk us food addicts have to deal with the demon all day every day and moderate. In my opinion it is like telling a alcoholic here just 1/2 cup of Tequila 3 times a day! Nobody can tell by looking at me that I am still tortured on a daily bases about what goes in what comes out and what I look like.....MY G_D SOME DAY RELIVE ME OF THIS OBSESSION! YOU ARE GORGEOUS JUST THE WAY YOU ARE GRACE AND I PRAY THAT YOU GET HEALTHIER AND HAPPY WITH EASE AND COMFORT! ALL MY SUPPORT IS RIGHT HERE FOR YA! I want success here for you here!
