SMOOTHIE OF THE DAY
Coconut water
½ cup finely chopped celery
lots mint
½ banana
1 Tbsp Coconut oil
1 Tbsp chia seeds
SALAD OF THE DAY
green bean salad
2 cups of roughly chopped green beans
1/2 cup of chopped tomatoes
3-5 grated radishes
few thinly sliced purple onions
1/2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp grated ginger
1 tbsp sesame/olive oil
turmeric TT
