Wheat-free Noodles
Mung Bean Noodles
Broccoli, steamed
Red Bell Pepper, finely diced
Carrots, grated
1 TBSP Nama Shoyu, soy sauce
1/2 TBSP Olive oil
Optional: Top with cilantro, ginger, cabbage.
Mix and enjoy!
